Through the product page, we provide the lpackage insert for all Marjan products. To do so, go to the main menu, choose the Products option, click on All products and search by name, active ingredient or therapeutic class.

In cases of reactions or adverse events that occur during treatment with one of our products, you can contact our SAC on 0800 055 4545 or e-mail sac@marjan.com.br. The report will be forwarded to our Pharmacovigilance area, which is responsible for identifying, recording and evaluating what happens to patients while using our products and, when necessary, the team can contact you to request additional information.

Pharmacovigilance is the department responsible for activities related to the identification, evaluation, understanding and prevention of adverse effects or any problems related to the use of drugs.
Our Pharmacovigilance system collects all the information during the marketing period of each of our drugs. When any problem with a drug is found, the events are reported with regulatory agencies, physicians and consumers, in order to guarantee the integrity of our patients.
Whenever events or adverse reactions described or not on the package insert are verified during the administration of Marjan’s drugs. Adverse events reported by patients and healthcare professionals are collected and reviewed by teams of professionals at Marjan, who investigate on a case-by-case basis and contact the reporter, if necessary, so that the problem is managed in the best possible way and appropriate measures are taken to ensure the safety of our patients.
At a minimum, the necessary information indicated on our forms. It is also important to authorize Marjan’s subsequent contact, to provide information and monitor the event by Marjan, so that the report can be evaluated by Marjan’s professionals.
The minimum data for reporting pharmacovigilance, in accordance with RDC 406/2020, are: Reporter, Patient, Marjan Product, Event Description.
